2017-2018 Beginning at the December 9 BOE meeting 2018-2019 Proposed Budget Board of Education Meeting After Monday, May 1, copies of the budget will be available
at Central Office,
the public library,
Absentee ballots available Residents who wish to receive a ballot in the mail must file their application with the District Clerk no later than Tuesday, May 8. Residents may file their application and pick up their absentee ballot in person from the district clerk through Monday, May 14, 2018. In all cases, the ballot must be returned to the Administrative Office no later than 5 pm on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. No ballots can be accepted at the polling place. Ballots received later than 5 pm, on Tuesday, May 15, cannot be accepted under State Education Law, regardless of the postmark date. SCHOOL BOARD ELECTIONS There are three seats on the Board of Education that are up for election in May 15, 2018. Members of the nine-person board serve three-year terms. Candidate petitions are available for open seats on the East Irondequoit Board of Education after February 5, from the District Clerk, in the Administrative offices, 600 Pardee Road, weekdays, from 8 am to 4 pm. Petitions must be filed with District Clerk Cathy Andersen by Monday, April 16, 2018 at 4:30 pm. Qualifications:
