    Mindfulness: Mindfulness involves focusing ones awareness on the present moment in time. Mindfulness and breath are important parts of relaxation. Take time today to focus on one activity fully by disconnecting from your electronic devices and connecting with the world around you.

    Goal Setting & Planning: Did you know writing down your goals helps increase your chances of accomplishing them. Attend our “Paying for College and Planning for Careers” event tonight from 6:30 – 8:30 pm to help to set plans and goals for your financial and educational future.

    Do you like to dance? Well then Dance Club is the place for you! The first informational meeting will be next Wednesday, October 23rd from 2:30 to 3:30 in N8. All skill levels are welcome!
