    East Irondequoit Girls Modified Basketball team took down Greece Olympia 41-22 with speed and endurance. Scoring was led by Ella Scantlin with 12 points followed by Madison Harisis with 10 and Grace Devlin with 9. Anajah Flowers played tough defense while picking up her first basket. Lady Lancers have improved their record to 5 and 0. 

     

    Mod. A Boys basketball team took on Churchville Chili Friday at home. We lost 59-51 Our next game is Wednesday  away against Spencerport.

    Attention all girls interested in playing softball this year: There will be workouts every Sunday from 8-10am in the Varsity Gym. The first workout is this Sunday @ 8am.  All softball players are expected to be there.  If you have any questions, contact Coach Rivera.

     

    Come have a blast with your friends and get 2019 started with a night of fun! We are having a dance and open gym this Friday, January 11th, sponsored by  the 8th grade class. Tickets will be $3, and will be sold at the door. Remember, any student who receives a referral this week will not be eligible to attend! See you Friday!

     

    There is a food/clothing drive for the homeless for their 8th grade MYP Community Project. If you would like to donate there will be a large box at the main office. We will be accepting men's, women's and children's clothing and coffee, creamer, canned goods, detergent, sheets and towels. Your donations will be greatly appreciated and will be donated to the Open Door Mission. Thank you!​

     

    BOOK FAIR! BOOK FAIR! BOOK FAIR! It will be this week in the library's new room 231. Books! Posters! Raffles too! The Book Fair will be open during school hours and also during Tonight's Parent University and Literacy Event.

     

    It's time for the Friday Finish!- Happy Friday! What do you need to do in the next five minutes to wrap up your week successfully? Take this time to organize your binder, interact with notes, and make a To-Do list for the weekend. Do you have any assessments or large assignments due next week?
