Mary E. Grow - Superintendent of Schools

East Irondequoit Central School District is a very special place where opportunities abound for our students!

Beginning at our intermediate levels, we have several clubs and intramurals for our students to participate in, and at our secondary levels we offer even more in the way of afterschool clubs, activities and athletics!  East Irondequoit is proud to offer Languages other than English (LOTE) beginning at our primary grade levels in addition to STEM course work including Coding, Project Lead the Way, AVID, Dual Enrollment, Advanced Placement and the International Baccalaureate Programme.  We have an award-winning music program and an outstanding performing arts program!  We are very proud of our community and all that we can offer to our students!

As a community of learners, we take a great deal of pride in our district goals focused around the tenets of Excellence, Equity, and a Culture of Care and Trust

Our District Goals align to our 5-year Strategic Plan in that:

    1. As a district we are committed to preparing all students to be college and career ready by raising the academic and social emotional learning bar and closing the PreK-12 gaps to student achievement and college completion.

    1. As a school district we are committed to engaging our parents, guardians, staff, students and community in two-way communications focused on equity and excellence.

    1. As a school district we are committed to creating effective organizational systems that reinforce equity and excellence.

    1. As a school district we are committed to the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of a diverse and premier work force.

As part of the Lancer community, you are our partners in achieving our vision for Excellence, Equity, and a Culture of Care and Trust.
