On February 2 the East Irondequoit Teachers Association tipped off against the Irondequoit Police Department in the second annual basketball game between the two groups. The Police were able to squeak out a two point win, but the real winner was the Irondequoit Community Cupboard. More than $3300 was raised for the ICC, from admissions, raffles and a silent auction.
It might not have been the best basketball you’ll ever see but it was still a great event.
