Families can begin filling out the East Irondequoit Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) lottery application on February 15, 2024, to secure a spot in the UPK lottery drawing. All interested families must fill out the application by midnight on March 26.

Class Options:
3 Full Day Classes - 2 classes at Helendale Road and 1 class at Ivan Green
2 Half Day Classes - 2 classes at Ivan Green
There are 18 spots in each class.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, students must turn 4 years old by December 1, 2024.
Lottery Date:
The lottery drawing will take place on March 27, 2024. The lottery will randomly select families for each available spot in the classes. Families will be notified via mail if they were selected in the lottery.
Wait List:
In the event that the lottery selects enough families to fill the available spots, a wait list will be created. This ensures that every interested family has a chance, even if initially not selected.
