Alissa has done Colorguard with the Lancer marching band since the 7th grade, along with stage crew for the school musicals. She’ll never forget her coaches Erika and Britney for pushing her to be her best self. She will especially never forget Lilly’Anna for making her high school experience one to remember. After high school, Alissa plans to work in animal care.

Eastridge High School students are diving into the world of computer science by learning how to code VEX robots in their Computer Science Essentials class. Students programmed their robots to navigate around cones and even display images directly on the robot screen—putting creativity, problem-solving, and coding skills to work.
This course is the first class in the Computer Science pathway and is also a Project Lead the Way (PLTW) course, giving students a strong foundation in technology and real-world applications.
It’s exciting to see our students building skills that prepare them for future opportunities in STEM and beyond! 🚀
