This past Sunday, twenty EHS AVID students from grades 9–12 showed up bright and early at 8:45 AM to volunteer at the Helmer Nature Center.🌱
For three hours, they worked hard to clean up the property, plant new greenery, and remove invasive species — all with incredible dedication and teamwork. The Helmer Nature Center staff were impressed with how mature, respectful, and hardworking our students were!
We’re so proud of these young LEADers for giving back to their community and making a positive impact on our environment. 💙🤍 #LancersLEAD
