After reading the book 'The Winter Candle' by Jeron Ashford, Helendale students focused on demonstrating compassion, peacemaking, and generosity during the month of December. Any time a student showed one of these behaviors they were given a yellow heart to add to the wall to help grow the light of their candle. #LancerPride #WeAreEI
