Parent Portal Information

The Parent Portal allows parents/guardians to view information about their children, including emergency contact information, class schedules, and grades. The Parent Portal is currently available for parents of Pre-k -12 students. Your Parent Portal account will remain active as long as you have one or more children in the East Irondequoit CSD and will give you access to information for all of your children enrolled in school. Please do not apply for a new account each year. The Portal will be available for use from mid-September through June 30th each school year.

Parent Portal users are to follow the guidelines put forth in the EICSD Parent Portal User Expectations document which can be viewed by using the link below.

If you forgot your username or password there are three options available to you:

  1. Use the Forgot Password? or Forgot Username? links on the Parent Portal login page.

  2. Contact your child's school from one of the phone numbers or email addresses we have on record for your son or daughter.

  3. Visit the main office of your child's school student in person.
