East Irondequoit Student Registration

Before you begin the online registration, please gather the following documents and scan them to your computer so you can upload them during the registration process.  

  1. Parent/Guardian Photo ID 

  2. Proof of Residency: Commissioner’s Regulation § 100.2(y) requires that individuals requesting enrollment prove that they are residents of the District. You will need to provide two or more forms of documentation to show current residency within District boundaries.   3. Proof of Age: Your child’s birth certificate, passport or baptismal record. If you don’t have any of these, you can use other documents if you have had them for at least two years. For a list of acceptable documents, click here. 

  4. Custody Document (Divorced, Separated, other where there is an Order regarding custody)- If applicable   

  5. Health Examination Form: click here for more information. 

  6. Immunization Record: For NYS immunization requirements, click here;   for additional information, click here.   

  7. Most recent report card or year-ending report card/Transcript from last school attended. 

  8. IEP, 504 Plan or declassification document

Your registration is not complete until the registration and all documentation has been received and approved by the Census/District Registrar. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will be contacted if there are any questions or needs.

If you are having difficulty uploading documents needed for registration, you may submit hard copies to the attention of the Registration Department. They should be dropped off to the district lock box, located at entrance 7 outside of Central Office. (The box is located next to the external entrance to the board room).  Please do not submit original documentation; only copies will be accepted.  The district’s social distancing and masking requirements will be followed to ensure the health and safety of all parties involved.
