Celebrating DE’s Heritage and Cultural Diversity Month! This idea came from our parent group to have more representation on our walls about just how Diverse we are! Classrooms took up the challenge and students completed a scavenger hunt to reinforce our many cultures!

Durand Eastman Art Teacher Karen Lanzafame was awarded a $350 grant from Donor's Choose to buy headphones for her classroom. Her grant allowed her to purchase 25 pairs of headphones so that the students could listen to music during studio art time. #WeAreEI
