If students in Grades 9-12 are having an issue with their school issued device, they can bring the device down to room S17B (Student Helpdesk at Eastridge) during school hours.

If students in Grades 6-8 are having an issue with their school issued device, they can bring the device down to room 117 (Student Helpdesk at EIMS) during school hours.

If students in Grades K-5 are having an issue with their school issued device, they can let their teacher know and the teacher will get in contact with a tech to resolve it.
