4th graders in WIN are using their math skills to create blueprints of different skyscrapers. Once their blueprints are done, they'll create to scale models!

Mrs. Eichas and Mr. Delly's class had an out of this world "Book Tasting" event to kick off their new Wit and Wisdom module about outer space. The classroom was transformed into a stellar setting, complete with space-themed snacks! 🌠Students explored a variety of books, jotting down what they noticed and wondered. Students also had a chance to take space selfies with the Nasa selfie app. #LancerPride
Celebrating our students that read 5-9 books during the first semester. Students enjoyed sweet treats and Minute to Win It games. Thank you to our donors - LP PTSA, Wegmans, Tim Hortons and Pencils & Paper. Each student got to bring home a new book and a Timbits certificate!

We spent our last morning together before Thanksgiving recess as one big school community. Our students talked about the importance of gratitude, handed out homemade cards, and were excited to learn they are working towards an LP Blizzard Ball!
Mrs. Boardman and Mrs. McDermott's class celebrated Pie Day by sampling a variety of holiday desserts. The students enjoyed tasting treats they might enjoy during the festive season! 🍰🎉
