EHS and EIMS AVID students gathered for an AVID College Decision Celebration today! 🎓

EIMS AVID students showed their support by creating personalized posters for each senior. The ceremony in the auditorium included the announcement of each senior’s post-graduation plans, followed by the presentation of AVID cords. The celebration continued with a reception in the cafeteria.

Congratulations to our AVID seniors—we are so proud of your hard work and excited for what’s ahead! 🌟🙂

EIMS AVID 8th graders had a great day visiting the University of Rochester! Students toured the campus with a student guide, exploring the grounds, academic buildings, library, and residence halls. The visit also included lunch at the Susan B. Anthony Dining Hall. 🏫🎒

EIMS 7th grade lightning students enjoyed a full day of learning at Mendon Ponds Park. They visited the Devil’s Bathtub to learn how glaciers helped shape it, toured Wild Wings, and completed a scavenger hunt along the Birdsong Trail. 🥾🗺️🦉
