The East Irondequoit Central School District will conduct its annual Early Dismissal Drill on Thursday, October 9. In accordance with state regulations, this drill ensures that our emergency procedures are effective and that students and staff are prepared in the event of an actual emergency. On this day, students will be dismissed 15 minutes earlier than their regular dismissal time.

Scholars in Ms. Davis’ 6th grade World History and Geography classes were excited to analyze artifacts from around the world in their lesson on how to become a social scientist! They examined artifacts from around the globe and decided which would be most studied by the geographer, historian, economist, or political scientist. Special thanks to the Starbucks at Clover and Monroe for donating bags for the artifacts! 🔍📚📝

Lancer Lacrosse, 2025 Fall Clinic, Boys and Girls Grades 1-6. September 16-October 30, tuesday/thursday 5:30-7pm, $80 Equipment. Equipement rental feees ( a portion of the fee will be returned when eqipment is returned. Girls: $40 includes goggles & Stick ($30 refun when equipment is returned) Boys $50 includes helmet, soulder pads, elbow pads, chest pad, gloves and stick ($30 refund when equipment is turned in) * sticks are provided for first year players only. Registration begins on 8/18 go to eiaalacrosse.com

The Fall Community Garage Sale will be held on October 18 from 10 am-3 pm at East Irondequoit Middle School, 155 Densmore Road. Vendor spaces are available. All proceeds benefit East Irondequoit students. 🌟🏫

🎺🌈 Eastridge Lancer Marching Band Kicks Off Season with Rainbow of Stars Show! 🌟🥁

This past weekend, the Eastridge Lancer Marching Band proudly hosted their season opener home show, Rainbow of Stars, welcoming 8 incredible bands to share in a night of music, talent, and artistry.

Eastridge took the field with their 2025 show, "Beethoven's Secret", delivering a performance that was both powerful and artistically stunning. Their hard work and dedication are setting the tone for an exciting season ahead!

The evening also included recognizing the band's 8 graduating seniors. 🎓💙

Thank you to all the bands, families, volunteers, and supporters who made this event unforgettable. The season is off to a brilliant start, and we can't wait to see what’s next!
